ISRAEL & JORDAN
DAY 01: ARRIVE IN TLV – CAESAREA – MEGGIDO – HAIFA
Arrival in Tel Aviv, Ben Gurion Airport; where you will be met by the Tour Representative. Visit the city of Jaffa (Joppe) where Jonah tried to escape his destiny and where Peter brought Tabitha back to life. Drive along the costal plain to Caesarea, capital of Judea under the Romans. Visit the excavations of ancient city, the Roman theater and aqueduct. Continue to Megiddo, identified as the site of ARMAGEDDON: Visit the archeological excavations including the well – preserved water supply system. Drive to Haifa for panoramic view of the Bahai Gardens and Haifa bay. Drive to Tiberias for check in.
DAY 02: TIBERIAS – CAPERNAUM – BANIAS – TEL DAN
After breakfast at hotel drive to Banias springs and waterfalls and to Tel Dan have a tour at the Golan Heights. After a short tour of Tiberias, we take boat ride to Capernaum. Visit the remains of 2nd Century synagogue. Proceed to Tabgha, the site of the miracle of fish and loaves, and visit the church of multiplication with its 4th century mosaic floor. Continue to Mount of Beatitudes, the place where Jesus delivered the Sermon on the Mount.

DAY 03: NAZARETH – CANA
Breakfast at hotel. Drive to Nazareth to visit the Church of Annunciation, St. Joseph’s workshop and Mary’s well. Proceed to Cana of Galilee for the wedding ceremony. Visit Ein-Harod, drive back to Tiberias area to Yardenit, the baptismal site on the Jordan River. Back to the hotel for dinner and overnight.
DAY 04: BEITH SHEAN – DEAD SEA
Breakfast and check out. Continue to Beit Shean, an excavated city, and visit the Roman theater. Drive along Jordan River to the Dead Sea to take time to experience floating on the Dead Sea. Relax and enjoy at the hotel facilities.

DAY 05: MASSADA – QUIMRAN – BORDER CROSSING TO JORDAN – PETRA
After breakfast and check out, drive along the shore of the Dead Sea, the lowest place on earth, to Masada, the last stronghold of the Jews after the destruction of the 2nd Temple in 70 AD. Ascend by cable car and visit the food storeroom, water irrigation system and Herod’s Palace. Descend by Cable car. Drive to Qumran, where the Dead Sea scrolls where found. Visit the ancient city of Qumran Drive to the border and cross Allenby Bridge for our Jordan tour.
Drive to Petra South of Amman Jordan.
Dinner and overnight: Petra.
DAY 06: PETRA – AMMAN
After breakfast and check out we start early for Petra and see the breathtaking sight of the Al-khazna Treasury, a 2000 year old monument carved out of the soft rock. After lunch we drive to back to Amman for check in.

DAY 07: BORDER CROSSING TO ISRAEL – JERICHO – JERUSALEM
After breakfast and check out, before we cross the border to Israel we will visit Mt. Nebo, where Moses viewed the Promised Land. After lunch we proceed to Allenby Bridge to cross back to Israel where our tour guide will be waiting for us. On the way to Jerusalem, we will visit Jericho, see the Sycamore tree of Zacchaeus, the remains of the Old City, and Mount of Tempatation.

DAY 08: NEW JERUSALEM – BETHLEHEM
After breakfast we will visit Israel Museum to see the miniature model of the ancient Jerusalem and original copies of the Dead Sea Scrolls. Visit Yad Vashem, the Holocaust Museum. Proceed to visit Bethlehem, to see the birthplace of Jesus at the Church of the Nativity. Back to Jerusalem to visit Friends of Zion Museum.

DAY 09: MT. OF OLIVES – OLD CITY – JERUSALEM
After breakfast drive to Mt. of Olives for a panoramic view of Jerusalem highlighting the Dome of the Rock. Then we will walk through the Palm Sunday road stopping at Dominus Flevit where the Lord Jesus wept for Jerusalem and on to the Garden of Gethsemane. Bus will pick us up to bring us to the ancient City of David (or Davidson Centre), walk along the original Cardo of Jerusalem. We will pass by and pray by the Wailing wall.

DAY 10: JERUSALEM – OLD AND NEW CITY
Breakfast at hotel. Leave 8am to line up for the Temple Mount where we find the Dome of the Rock and the El Aqsa Mosque. Visit St. Anne’s Church and the pool of Bethesda where Jesus healed a man who was invalid for 38 years near the St. Stephen’s gate. We will walk through Via Dolorosa to the last three Stations of the Cross found in the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Then we will proceed to the Garden Tomb for our Communion Service. We will visit David’s Tomb and the Upper Room.

DAY 11: TEL AVIV – DEPARTURE
Breakfast and check out. On our way to Tel Aviv airport we will drive by Emmaus. Drive to the airport to our flight back home.
